Welcome to Self-Mastery — a timeless signal to become the architect of your mind and create yourself, starting from the inside.

Whatever you hold in your mind will tend to occur in your life. If you continue to believe as you always have believed, you will continue to act as you always have acted. If you continue to act as you always have acted, you will continue to get what you have always gotten. If you want different results in your life or your work, all you have to do is change your mind.
Being blamed sucks.
But why do we blame others? And more importantly, why do we avoid blaming ourselves?
Well, we all have one deeply rooted goal for our lives: avoid discomfort. And our actions — whether we realise it or not — are centred around this fact.
We eat to feel alive, and to avoid hunger.
We exercise feel good, and to avoid obesity, illness and injury.
We build social connections to feel excited, and to avoid lonliness.
We create wealth for freedom, and to avoid insecurity or fear.
Everything we say, think and do is to live away from discomfort.
And this is why we blame everything everything but ourselves.
But a life with zero blame is a life of peace.
As long as accountability and a growth mindset is fostered correctly.
Never let the finger pointing of others dictate how you should think, feel and act. But use reason, understanding and positivity to determine your next move.
Don’t use your time on blame.
What’s on My Mind
This topic is special for this week. Why?
Because I was handed the perfect example this week of why blame is unnecessary.
While it’s easy to understand that people just simply think differently to you, realising why some people are so afraid of admitting their wrongdoings can be a hard one.
Don’t listen to those who feel good from pointing to your what you didn’t get right.
Don’t take advice from anyone who calls out your misfortune but hides their own.
Avoid those who love to blame, but hate to be blamed.
Your happiness is priority.
